Synopsis

สองทศวรรษหลังจากรอดชีวิตจากการสังหารหมู่เมื่อวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 1978 ลอรี สโตรด อดีตพี่เลี้ยงเด็กพบว่าตัวเองถูกตามล่าโดยไมเคิล ไมเยอร์ส ผู้มีมีดคอยถืออยู่ตลอดเวลา ปัจจุบัน ลอรีอาศัยอยู่ในแคลิฟอร์เนียตอนเหนือโดยใช้ชื่อปลอม โดยทำงานเป็นอาจารย์ใหญ่ของโรงเรียนเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง แต่เธอไม่สามารถหนีไมเยอร์สได้ ซึ่งในไม่ช้าเขาก็ค้นพบที่อยู่ของเธอ เมื่อวันฮาโลวีนมาเยือนชุมชนอันสงบสุขของลอรี ความรู้สึกหวาดกลัวก็เข้ามาครอบงำเธอ ซึ่งก็มีเหตุผลดี
